Figure

Geometric figures, coordinate grids, and graphs are created and edited in the Figure Window.

Open new Figure window

• Select Figure from the Insert Object drop-down box.

Edit an existing figure

• double click on the figure.

Close the Figure window and insert the figure

• click on the close button on the title bar.

Geometric Figures

Geometric figures are constructed using simple geometric objects (points, lines, circles, angles, polygons).  Geometric objects can be attached to one another using points. Additionally,  angles and polygons can be defined using points. Learn more about Geometric Objects.

Coordinate Grids

Everything done in the Figure window  is based on a defined coordinate grid.  This grid can be made visible or invisible.  The appearance and properties of this grid are fully customizable.  Learn more about Coordinate Grids.

Graphs

Any number of equations can be plotted on the coordinate grid. Learn more about Graphs.
