Page Menu Overview

Add Page: Adds a new page.

Delete Page: Deletes the current page.

Preview Page: Displays a full screen preview of the current page.

Insert Picture: Inserts a picture file into the current project.  The picture formats supported are bmp, gif, jpg, wmf, and emf.
